To the people who are complaining about Vikavolt getting Levitate for its ability: It's a free Ground immunity. Just be glad it didn't get freaking Swarm as its ability like its basic form. Yeah, having Levitate most likely means it won't have a Hidden Ability, but there are plenty of Pokémon that are good without their Hidden Abilities.
