The first skill of 10000 kills : You need to unlock every weapons level 1,2 and 3 for everyone, excluding Medli and. Marin. The skill for 25000 kills : You need to get every weapons level 4 for everyone, excluding the 2 characters that I mentioned before. I hope this can help you !!!

Level 4 weapons are found on the Termina and Twilight map. They are not the Pixel weapons, they have simply the same models as the level 3 weapons, but they are a lot stronger.
