What is with bullying on here?

Like i don't get it probably cause i don't really get hate or i just stay out of it but like omg its getting bad like why?Why do people like it's there job if they dont like someone on here to make them feel like that?Here is something you should already know if you dont like someone don't talk to them you don't have to make them feel bad. just ignore them.
