[湖水に映る街開発日記#46]　　今回は、北中央新町駅北口の再開発をしていきます。現在計画している、中央新町主要道路建設の一貫である、鎌川～中央新町を結ぶ国道10号が北中央新町駅の真下を通るですが、そうすると、北中央新町駅北口のロータリーの建設が困難になるので、同時に再開発をしていきたいと思います。まだ駅前には、公園とコンビニしかないですが、ここに、商業集約地区を築いていく予定です。　　今回は、これで終わりです。
