Why do people think sonic is bad again?

Sonic Boom was trash but it was only a spinoff game. Sonic Boom is its own series people! It should'nt have done so much damage to Sonic's reputation! If SEGA makes a crappy main series sonic game then that is when you can start losing hope again, also SEGA said they wanna improve the quality of they're games!

    Finally.you speak the truth!i still like sonic games.i have two spinoff ps2 games myself,both fun to me in some way.there are the ones with jet and shadow.my two favorite characters.

    C-Snake: It is completely different from the main sonic games and was meant to be an alternate universe of sonic. SEGA even said so themselves! Therefore it is not a part of the main series and it is nothing to worry about! Lets hope Fire and Ice gets cancelled!

    Sonic colors, Sonic 4 (even though episode one was trash!), grenerations, and lost world definately brought sonic in the right direction and I am optimistic for sonic's next game!

    The oldet sonic games are great, I still love sonic, but my expectations have been lowered significantly after Sonic Boom.
