    I second the Mermaid Suit. The Zora Armor was cool and all, but the Mermaid Suit offered unprecedented freedom in water exploration. Sure Zora Link could swim around wherever he wanted, which was cool, but with the Mermaid Suit you still had access to many of Link's items even when swimming around underwater. I'd love to see an underwater Zora village like in OoA too.
