    The only legends you get in this game are via Mirage Spots, Eon Ticket or In-Game. (Hoenn Legends, Latios/Latias, etc) Anything else = regular Pokemon.

    It's kind of like rotom, zoroark, and volcarona, where it was used as a unique pokemon in the game it was introduced, but isn't a legendary.

    Spiritomb is not a legendary, but methods of legitimately obtaining one can be rather hidden or tedious. Meeting 30 people underground in D/P/Pl just for a level 30/whatever level Spiritomb was something I was not bothered to do
