    One horn demon king quest on unite is supposedly very hard but i had no trouble with it, it just takes awhile 2 drop that particular diablos in the village. Honestly a lot of things about mh gets highly exaggerated on and doesn't be as good/bad as most claims, at least not 2 me.

    I used to think this game had choppy hitboxes, then I got freedom unite and portable 3rd. Then I fought Shen Gaoren and got hit when I was a good 2 yards away from him.

    Thought # element damage = # Raw damage to monsters weak to it. Also thought you could track and hunt in vast landscapes like the TRI intro video.

    In my observation, the most unique misconception to MH3U for the masses is Capcom's poor description on the 3DS version. Specifically, 3DS users glance at the online capable icon & misconstrue that as the 3DS being stand-alone online multi play capable, & it isn't. You need other (expensive) equipment to play the 3DS version online.
