I have just broken the first rule of pokemon: save before important battles/ legendaries. i acidentialy killed dexoxis without saving. i have no idea how to get a 2nd shot at it...

    Beat the E4 again. Then talk to one of the scientists at the Space Center. He'll tell you that Deoxys is around route 131. Go to the top of the Sky Pillar and Deoxys will be there.

    From what I've heard, you beat the elite four again and meet it at the sky pillar. Do check Bulbagarden on that one.
