    Yes, it takes 18-20 minutes to kill him. Sharpness+1, Bomb Boost and Weakness Exploit will do the job. When you get to the final showdown go straight for him and attack him, then when he gets to the ship to do his sand tunnel KEEP ATTACKING his stomach. He won't get the chance to destroy your ship and will die after he finishes his 2nd one. If he's still not dead then use the dragonator.
