    Your best chance at a Majestic Horn is the 4* Port quest "Four Horns". Two High Rank Diablos, with a 40% chance each of dropping a Majestic Horn when the horns are broken, plus a 9% chance of 1 Majestic Horn appearing in each slot of both quest reward rows.
