    you can use which ever armor you like just socket it with anti-poison jewls. make sure the skill adds up to 10.

    There isn't an 'easy' way for much in Monster Hunter, but having said that, it is very much possible to hunt a Pink Rathian with a Gunlance. Providing more info on which Gunlance(s) you use/have, & what armor you're using, will help others to give you better advice.

    I so far have Jaggi S armor and Ludroth U gunner armor for bow, I use many other types of weapons.I also have a lot of low rank armor,Volvi,Agnak,Ingot,etc(can't remember the rest.

    The Jaggi S armor has good skills, though it makes you weak to Rathian's fireballs & obviously her poison. What skills have you added to the Jaggi set, & what GL are you using?

    GL-Flamethrower,Type 64,Lagia+,Lagombi Jaggi S-ATK(L),Gluttony,Negate Stun. By the way I just made the Rheneplos armor for Artillery

    The Lagia+ would work best. Gemming in Negate poison would help. Some skills that work well with GL are: Constitution+, Guard up+, Guard boost, and Stam recovery up.
