    Check your disk. If their are no obvious scratches or specks, tilt it and look across the surface. The new angle may show something you cannot see dead on. If your disk is pristine, and you have zero problems with any other game, then call customer support. It may be an error on the disk, which is covered by your game warranty. They will replace the disk, free of charge (aside from shipping.)
