I will say a couple things about the rank thins though, if you have a high rank (example: Co-Leader), and you disappear for more than 1-2 weeks without saying anything, then you will be ranked down. I want reliable people I can trust who are active. Also, if you ask about your rank, I will tell you, but you will be ranked down(this mostly applies for people who ONLY want to rank..
And the ranking should be this i think: 3 tiers/class', 1st battlers, 2nd breeders, and 3rd recruiters, in each teir/class their slould be around around 10 ranks and be like this : 1xGeneral, 2xGenerals, about 5x(rank name) then so on
I'm thinking something like this:
Jobs(Battler, Breeder/Trader, Recruiter, Spy, Alliance Makers, etc.)

I do like the idea of ranks in the Jobs though.
I like this, and i like the name Peasant, but their should be 1 between Peasant and scout and Peasant should be 4 people who has just joined and then when we teach them about the clan and then give them a battle test and if they pass they get that rank and if they fail they get trained until then can, opinions ?
I don't like the idea of just testing or battling to get a rank, I want people to rank up by the contributions they do to the clan. For example, if they help people out a lot, I'll rank em up.
I'll be a battler, and shall we get everything set-up cus we have enough people to start up with so diotty i can make the Orientation and you decide with everyone the rank system and who will be which rank k?

BugKing, that's a job, not a rank. Jobs are: Battler, Breeder/Trader, Recruiter, Spy, Alliance Makers, Shiny Hunters, etc.
You get ranked up by helping out the clan. You get demoted by being Rude, scamming, being inactive for more than 1-2 weeks, or just simply trying to purely rank up and not enjoy yourself.

Stewi, Try out M-Altaria or Mega Sceptile. I used my Mono Dragon in our most recent battle. I also recommend trying out Adaptability Choice Specs Dragalge.

The Spy looks into peoples backrounds who join to see if they are evil(our enemies and came to spy on us), and they just take a deep look at what the clan just takes a quick glance at.
