It's the Cucco obviously, the Goron was just doing a Photobomb (well they are bomb experts after all). The Mighty Cucco is the most dangerous thing in LoZ even Ganondorf knows better than to mess with them (which probably why he's never had them in his dark army, if he did he'd have taken over Hyrule completely and gotten the whole Triforce, because the Cucco's would have killed all his enemies!

Oh I completely forgot, the Cucco isn't the most dangerous "thing" in LoZ, the Cucco is the "most dangerous creature" (not the Wallmasters or Like-Likes). The MOST DANGEROUS "THING" is THE DREADED cursed rupee, "THE RUPOOR" !!!!!

The bane of treasure hunters, adventure, rupee-pinchers, & thieves is "THE DREADED RUPOOR". This arcane mysterious object is the most evilest thing in all of Hyrule, disguised as a seemingly harmless BLACK RUPEE that upon being collected curses the collector to lose some if not all their hard earned rupees!!! Rupee Seekers Beware!!!
