    Preparation is key- using proper armor skills & items will make the quest much more manageable. The Transporter skill is very useful, so try adding it to an armor set you don't use often, or a gathering set. Another helpful skill is Marathon Runner. Items like cool drinks are obviously needed, but others like Dash Juice/Mega Dash Juice will help a lot.

    And if by chance you play with someone else, you can ask them to support you by healing you with certain items like Health Horns & Lifepowders. If you're stuck soloing, try to set your Shakalaka's dances to heal you.

    or just dont run all the time. if you run the entire way your stamina will deplete and the pwdrstone will blow up.
