    axe was buffed in this but it lost it's multiplier from tri on wii (5.4) and has the same multiplier as hunting horn (4.8). Also axes elemental burst hits like this now .3, .075(6), and .8 it was previously .3, .15(6), and finally .6.

    Lances haven't been "nerfed" per say, it is just that gun lances are better then them in literally every way. For example, the 2 stab upward thrust combo with a gun lance is just as fast as a lance's 3 stab combo but does more damage. The ONLY thing lances have over gun lances is a counter-attack move, which is nothing compared to a gun lances full burst and wyvern fire attack.

    Switch Axes actually got buffed a good bit from Tri. Long swords, while nerfed, are still very viable and fun to use; plus, they had the nerf coming. The final hit of a spirit slash combo completely refilling the spirit bar in Tri was ridiculous and allowed people the spam it endlessly.
