    I hear they even allowed reports during a ban, so a false reporter can not only falsely ban a person, but also permaban while the person is banned. I can feel the anguish already.

    Well there was a user named Bobby. He and his 12 friends kept reporting me because I was messing with another user named Mariolover. Obviously This situation was suppose to be in our past, but those bullies decided to ruin my Christmas Spirit on Miiverse! >_<

    But even when I'm not commenting on their posts, they still choose to continue bullying reporting me on my main post, even though I'm already banned. Bobby said that when I'm not banned anymore, he and his friends are going to start reporting me again. Thankfully my friends were able to deal with Bobby, but now we have survive against his friends.
