Update: As much as I tried, I couldn't get Waluigi's trophy, I don't have Amy's trophy, and I'm not sure if there's a Roy trophy, I'll have to do a different character.

Well, Mewtwo IS coming back as long as you have BOTH versions of the game and register them in club nintendo, you'll get the DLC of Mewtwo. Better hurry, because it will expire soon. (Be Careful of not throwing away the games' Club Nintendo cards!)
