    Do a hunt with both of them in it (Do high rank if possible) break all their parts and pray to capcom that you can get one friggin plate out of the 3 you need ugh...Yea but seriously just do a quest where you have to kill both better chances and all that.

    Break all parts, cut and carve the tail, and then capture. That gives you a 12% chance total, I believe.
