when using full bracadios armor if one of you arm gards glows it means the monster your fighting is angry (note i haven't tested this with gunner class only blademaster)

    The Gunner set has it too, it's the Challenger+2 skill. When the monster you're hunting gets angry, your hunter's arm will glow, as you've already stated. AND your attack gets boosted.
