hey guys im really new to bowgunning in the mh series ever since tri ive picked up a bowgun about 2 or 3 times so i was wondering what armor set or mixed set would be awesome in g rank, maybe some bowgun recommendations as well, thanks guys and btw im hr 68

    If I remember correctly Helios X set and Great kelbi bow awaken = slime best a fastest way to kill monsters with bow. IMO

    for heavy bowgun i recommend abyss lagiacrus gun, its the best doing raw damage with normal lv 3

    lbg is fast and does medium damage. it's best with bonus shot and partbreaker for best damage. hope that helps!

    thanks suog ill see if i can make a cool mixed set with those skills, im normally a complete set hunter so i suppose it would be good to try my hand at mixed sets before 4u lol

    I like Narga X for Heavy Bowgunning. While it doesn't have attack boosting skills, it increases evasive mobility (Evasion +2 & Evade Extender), which makes moving around & dodging with an HBG easier.
