    Wut? If you meant to ask what the ★ means, it means the bard is rare. There is a rare card in each booster and a few in each theme deck.

    pokemon cards back in the day and even now have rarity out of being holo. The Star is Rare, The Diamond is Uncommon and the Circle is Common.
