This might seem out of topic, but there should be a Google+ app on the eShop, it should include features like Hangouts, Translate, etc

A hotspot is a place to get wifi internet. some are free to use and some aren't. Hey Tom do you think that Nintendo will add a Friend Request button in the profile page for Nintendo 3DS Users. So it would be easy for people to make friends. I'm just asking that's all.

no no no. if you add blood in super smash bros. it wont be rated E it might be rated E 10 and older or T... plus if you want limited health go to special smash mode and put on stamina.
