You have to go get coffee there for a few days, eventually Brewster will hire you

Brewster runs it. Walk in & chat with any customers. They'll eventually tell you their favorite coffees. You're allowed a cup a day. 'The usual' appears his blend, neat. 'Something different' lets you change bean, milk, or sugar. Drink it hot. In about four days you can take coffee out at the side bar. Another four & you can work for him. You can always 'hang out' at the table.

Oh, do you mean sell coffee. You don't run it; you're an employee, a clerk, a lackey ... . Well, each coffee has three ingredients (bean, milk, sugar). Each customer will tell you one, then limit the choice of the other two ingredients upon tasting. Use a chart to zoom in on the perfect brew. Hint: if you ask customers at stools enough, they will give you one of their ingredient's preferences.

Sorry. Using basic logic to find the character's coffee is a general course in procedural computing languages, & a specific course in artificial intelligence. Neat!
