I'm not getting better. How do I know? The scars and burns itch and when I look at them it's near impossible to look away. I used to feel at ease when I saw them, they used to help. Now they just remind me of how pathetic I am. When my stomach growls I feel triumph, I even managed to get a gym membership tough I'm not sure when I'll use it.
