Good game. not great but also not terrible.i really wish that bumping into objects stopped your character from moving.it's little things like that, that hinder gameplay.not knowing where to go and story progressing objects hidden in the background are just cheap tricks to frustrate the player

  • RPGs in the 90s were like that, as far as the not knowing where to go. I Think it's pretty cool, but eventually if I can't find the way on my own, I use a guide. I consulted a walk through several times and I'm still in the middle of my first play through.

  • @Gregory N4: You can change the way your character runs around objects instead of stopping in the options menu. I forget what the actual name is but I didn't discover it until about 10 hours in. I turned it off and now it controls like every other old school rpg you've ever played. Unfortunately, your other complaints (which I share) will just have to be tolerated.

  • Actually, looking at your original post, I don't see where you said that. Only complaining like you didn't know you could turn it off ;)
