    a picture? if yes then you need to be playing the game then if you press the home button then don't exit out of game click on the miiverse icon, when you post something there will be a picture icon;click it then choose either top or bottom screen (For 3DS)

    comments? you just posted a comment. or if you mean in community then talk about the game.....maybe this will help cuz you can post comments on a game if you select the game then at top of page there should be a post button. i didn't know what you meant by "how do you post comments"
