2014年おもしろかったゲーム 第3位「ドンキーコングトロピカルフリーズ」 …横スクロールアクションなんてもう進化するところなんて無いと思ってたけどこれはすごかった。驚きと興奮の連発だった。 かつてのドンキーコングシリーズで曲を担当していたデビットワイズが再び曲を担当したという点もすばらしい。当時の興奮がよみがえる。 しかし、プレイヤーをグッと引き込むような奇抜さではレア社のドンキーに今だ劣る。というか多分意図的に外しいてる。それに横スクロールは所詮横スクロール、自分の求めているものではないことに変わりはない。
