Where are ice crystals and armor spheres common? What level of quests do you have to acheive to get to that specific place?

    Ice crystals can be found in the Sandy Plains. I recommend area 6. As for armour spheres, try the Flooded Forest. Area 8 is decent for mining there. On multiplayer you don't need to advance your HR at all to access them, so that's the best spot for getting them.

    Sorry about the delayed response, had some stuff going on for new years. Dunno if you figured it out or not on your own, but you gotta have access to 2 star quests for the Sandy Plains and 3 star for the Flooded Forest.
