Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U Community

I am trying to use SD cards to save SSB4 screenshots. So far I have tried a Lexar multi-use 4GB and a Lexar Platinum II 32GB and it says no SD card inserted or album data won't load. Anybody have a solution? Thanks!
