    Go to Port Tanzia either in solo mode or network mode (network mode only available on WiiU version) by talking to Neko the cat in Moga Village. Once at the port, talk to the Guild Master in the tavern. He's the short tipsy guy sitting on the counter between the two ladies. He'll say a bunch of stuff (make sure you read it) and he'll make you hr 1. You may have to talk to him a few times. I hope...
