clefairy cards are obtained in the mystery booster pack, so go for club masters for those. not all of them give you it. clefable can be obtained from the laboratory booster pack. the club masters that don't give the mystery booster pack will probably give you these. or go for the science club. that's what i did for the laboratory booster pack.
