Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U Community

I dont know if anybody can help me buuuuut I keep getting the error code 165-6596 on my gamepad ONLY when playing smashu. cant find anything about it in the net or on support.nintendo. My fellow miivillians, can you help me so I can play smashu for christmas (no pressure)?
