    Sleep paralysis is when you jolt awake from sleep but youre paralyzed. Your mind wakes up before your body does. This happens when you are in the REM lvl of sleep. REM (rapid eye movement) is the deepest lvl of sleep & you have alot of nightmares in REM. So when SP happens, you see those creepy figures/weird sounds, youre not 100% outta your dream. Also, your senses are heightened DRASTICALLY :P

    Im so glad Ive never had SP, or at least I cant remember...had this dream where I was in my hallway & it was dark. There was a scream & someone tapped me. Turn around, no one was there. Happened few more times & someone tried to grab me. I ran & the hallway stretched for miles but I wasnt getting anywhere. The ghost scared me so much, I dropped to the ground, frozen & screamed. Nothing came out.

    Then I woke up. I looked around my room & it was dark. I tried to move but I couldnt. Couldnt tell if I was paralyzed or not cuz I was so tired. I heard noises I usually hear but they paranoid me...after sitting there like that for minute or so, I noticed I could move. Then I hid under the covers for the rest of the night :P

    I always sleep on my stomach. ALWAYS. Ever since I was a lil thang. Only slept on back when I had really bad stomachaches, but now I sleep my side for alt. Sleeping on my belly actually helps digestion abit :3 IDK how ppl sleep on their backs & are comfy... :/ eh.
