Ariel, outfit #4 of 'Beautifully Disney Collection Part 1' Outfits inspired by Disney Princesses. (I'm pretty sure during the part of the movie where they're exploring a sunken ship, she had a bag, that's why she has a purse. And in the "Under the Sea" scene, she has a flower in her hair, so that's why that's there. c: )
