so i read on the internet that when i finish all village quests that ill unlock an urgent for i. lagi, brachy and a. rath, i completed all of em, its not showing up, please help

yeah u have to finish all low and high rank plus you have to kill deviljho and i.lagi first. the quest is called mark of a hero

did you do ALL of them? this includes stuff that are not key quests like fishing for goldenfish or finding red coral stones. once you finish ALL of the quests in a umm section [8★ quests for example] it will have a √next to it. like 8★★★★★★★★√

He needs to be slayed. If he ran away when you did the quest, thats no bueno, gotta go back and actually slay him.

Ah...you have to go to Junior and do the request "Dragonship Duty". After completing the request, you can hunt Jhen in village.
