    Well, the only way I know is to press the home button RIGHT when you want to take the screenshot, then on the home menu, press the Miiverse button (it won't close your game). On Miiverse, press 'post', and click the 'add photo' icon in the upper right–hand corner. It will ask you if you want to put up the screenshot from your upper or lower screen. If you don't understand, just Youtube it. :)
