    Ceadeus's elemental weakness is dragon, then thunder. It's slightly weak to fire as well. You'll want to target it's beard; the reasons being one: the beard has to be broken in the first half of the hunt to prevent Ceadeus from fleeing. Two: The beard is the softest, weakest part of Ceadeus.

    Items are important: Don't take traps, hand thrown bombs, or steaks. Take items like oxygen supplies or better yet, air philters. For Stamina, take Energy Drinks and/or Dash Juice. You may want to consider a Farcaster too, in case it gets too dicey. All types of Barrel Bombs help in damaging Ceadeus, so take what you can, & materials to make more if possible.
