In Moga Village I hunted all the monsters in 5*. But I can't get the quest of Hunting the Uragaan!Please Help Me...

go talk to the chief's son and go to villager requests, and see if you can fix the mask that is behind the waterfall in the farm and make a base camp for when you have to repel the Ceadeus.

Nope the only Villager Requests are Cha-Cha's masks. I even talked to the farmer.

one of those masks needs to be made in order to advance so make them all if you can

ahh, you have to have the request to make the base camp. read the villager request to find it
