Question

I hear many comparing Pier Solar to the Breath of Fire series. And there's Breath of Fire I & II (SNES) on Wii U Virtual Console. I'm kinda interested but I tend to give up on too much repetitive grinding and invisible random enemy encounters. So which one is better? Comparing story, graphics, music, puzzles, battles, presentation, gameplay variety and content?

    If Breath of Fire is much better value then I'll wait for a sale on Pier Solar. But if Pier Solar is modernized/fresher, with enough variety and an interesting story, I want to give it a chance. Originally I wanted Ittle Dew, but since that is not out in my region I need something else to spend my cash on. ;)

    I like BOII, but I remember it being pretty grindy. Good 40 game for me.
