    regis ( living like a bomb) near pacifidlog surf west go as far as down as possible make sure you have wailord and ralicanth have ralicanth in the front and wailord on the back walk in certain spots and surf just be careful there's a spot to use dive make sure you have a pokémon that knows dig ( it can be anything) after that you just go stairght ( bad speller) and BAM!!!!!!!!!
