    Actuallty they are even, it just depends on who goes out first: if kyogore is out first he loses becquse no water and if groudons out first he loses becausw 4x weak to water

    (Warning! Opinion coming through) Sapphire was my choice in the originals and I love the water. I prefer koyogre's design over groudons and I personally like special attackers. The post-game legends never influenced my pick of the games. Just my opinion that explains why your incorrect in this statememt.
