    Hoopa can't be found anywhere yet, it is still unreleased. The only way to get it right now is using cheating devices, and it also can't be traded online.

    no i said it gives you a higher chance because after 2 days with darkrai in my party i found the place to catch her and my game said you feel as if one of your pokemon is waiting. weird right!
