    I have Hoopa, but I'm pretty sure it's untradable. (At least, from what I know. It can't be used in battle, so I'm gueasing the same for trades.)

    powersaves pokemon are not tradeable you got it from trades so it is tradeable :3

    lol WHEN WILL YOU AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE ON GTS LEARN!? First of all, you can't trade Hoopa. Second, why don't people on GTS understand YOU CAN'T TRADE SPECIAL POKEMON THROUGH GTS.

    Even though I got it from trading, it doesn't let me trade it again. I'm not sure why, but on X/Y, I couldn't trade it. I tried to, but it doesn't let me, so I'm not sure.

    To clear all of this up. Yes, Hoopa IS tradable, but only through local trade, not online. Hoopa also is ONLY recieved through cheating. There is no other way to obtain it. My friend who uses PS traded my other friend a Hoopa through local, not wifi.
