Anybody go through those phases where you used to play a certain game all the time now here's call of duty all of a sudden your playing call of duty all the time you've completely forgotten about your old game you used to play all the time its thst addictive to some people

    I think it's because of the online play, the way you can instantly make friends, send them messages, party up and chat, without much of an effort is really fun. On top of that this is probably the only game where people can easily make 100 friends and play with every single one of them quite often.

    Yep I feel you kickback, I used to play a very diverse amount of games, but now all I play is call of duty. But if it wasnt for the people I have grown to call my friends even if it was just online were more entertaining then any other video game

    It used to be that way with me and COD games. Now they are all the same. Spawn, Run around, Shoot/kill, Die, Spawn, Repeat. At least the DLC for ghost mixes up the game play, but that gets old. There isn't much thinking behind COD/FPS games. I guess that is why I don't play them anymore.
