azelf can be found at around 9 PM to 3:59 PM while uxie is at 8 PM to 8:59 PM. both are at nameless cavern next to sootopolis (max happiness on 3 pokemon in party needed). sword of justice is found on pathless plain (max evs on one pokemon in party needed). terrakion is found at tuesdays and saturdays, virizion on mondays and thursdays, and cobalion on wednesdays, fridays and sundays.

pathless plain is found south of route 131. the legendary beasts is found at trackless forest east of petalburg woods. raikou is found between 0 and 20 minutes past an hour, entei between 21 and 40, and suicune between 41 and 00. for instance, the time is at 5:00 PM. raikou can be found between 5 PM and 5:20 PM, entei at 5:21 and 5:40, and suicune at 5:41 to 6:00 PM. this method works on any hour.
