    Transfer it from SoulSilver to Black/White/Black2/White2 and from there to X/Y and from there to OR/AS.

    First, you need to use the poketransfer lab minigame in black/white/black2/white2 to send pokemon from soulsilver to one of the 5th gen games using 2 DS systems. Then, you need to download pokemon bank/transporter from the 3DS eshop and purchase a subscription. Then, you can use the pokemon transporter app to send pokemon from black/white/black2/white2 into your bank, then into alpha sapphire.

    Sadly yes. You can try to direct trade between 2 systems, but I don't think it will work.

    Yeah, unfortunately, you absolutely need pokemon bank to transfer from b/w/b2/w2 to ORAS. There's no way around it.
