Man, Excadrill is so OP. He has swords dance to make him unstoppable in the sandstorm when he has sand rush. Forget his flaws, uber tier. Uber tier. Oh wait, only smogon would think that... At one point while reading on smogon I came across an uber tier set up for excadrill... That set doesn't really deserve that to me. I'll explain some of why I don't think it's that good below.

    First, excadrill has bad defenses and common weaknesses so a focus sash is needed to get off it's swords dance. Second, the set up is heavily reliant on sandstorm and sand rush so stalling or changing the weather will hinder the strategy either decently or immensely. Third, priority moves can destroy this plan because it out does the speed boost from sand rush, thus grinding the advantage to dust.

    Theres probably more, but I just don't remember it. It can be strong and a huge threat, but I don't think it deserves a tier rating rivalling legendary pokemon.
