    I really should give Race mode a fairer shake. I usually only play it right before bed and usually get frustrated after a while from just getting stuck in the middle to back of the pack most of the time (I try not to abuse heavyweights, though - I've typically done well with old Bowser scooty-booty, for instance).

    YOP, I know I'd have a more respectable score if I abused Morton, Jr., but I just can't bring myself to be one of “those” racers. They've got kind of a reputation ’round these parts!

    Oh geez, Morton is actually my main. I guess I've been playing MK8 wrong all this time! Serously though, I just really prefer racing over battling. Racing without items is even better. Maybe I'll try battle mode tonight though...

    It's really difficult to explain. As someone who prefers racing as a featherweight character, I get asked pretty frequently how I enjoy being knocked off the track all the time. My answer is always something to the effect of fighting back & using heavyweight mass to your advantage. If I were more proficient in creating YouTube videos, I'd do some kind of featherweight How-To in a heartbeat!

    Ah! I feel like I'm inserting my foot in my mouth left & right in this post, haha. Honestly it's fine if Morton, Jr. is your main character, Pawel. I actually really enjoy his cheer at the end of his races whenever he wins. He always looks so excited & proud. Plus I always imagine Morton, Jr. in my head as a formidable challenger to Papa Bowser's role as king.

    I actually always used to stick with lightweights in MK. Toad was pretty much my main guy since MK64. But I really ended up liking Morton for some reason; I guess I enjoy his design and the goofy stunts and weird noises he makes. It actually took a bit of training to get good with him, because I was not used to heavyweights at all. You do see him a lot online though, which is a bit annoying...

    I see Morton, Jr., Rosalina, & Miis the most! I like the Miis when they're wearing their Amiibo racing suits! Pawel, I'd like to see you race. Players who race as Morton, Jr. tend to be pretty good. =)

    omg Rosalina. I once did an online race against nothing but Rosalinas and Baby Rosalinas. It was so strange, I had to leave the room after it was done.

    Add me to your friend list Blitz, and we can race. I play MK8 almost every thursday night. I'm pretty good with Morton, but item attacks are my achilles heel. His acceleration is so bad that if I get hit more than 3 times, I defibitely don't place in the top 3. I like him so much though, so I really don't mind....
